Today’s bear images a focus on the cute cubs. These three images are all of ‘yearlings’, cubs that were born this spring and are just now getting their first taste of Salmon. They are often skittish and stick pretty close to mom, but sometimes you come across a playful pair. How relaxed they are around humans is usually the product of their mom’s comfort with humans and any previous interactions. They look cute and fluffy but check out those claws!
