I find myself more and more drawn to simple images that explore simple concepts rather than the grand landscape. This is one such image, and I was drawn to it the instant I saw it as I loved the layering of the different tones of green. Once again, the few hikers that walked by me had perplexed looks on why this guy with a gigantic camera was spending so much time photographing a few trees.
